The Prediction & Evidence
What Was Seen, What Was Written, What Was Sent
The following is the full account of the event that preceded the warning, and the document that was sent to government officials in the spring of 2001 — months before September 11.
The Full Account
The Night It Happened
It was late spring, 2001. I was alone, awake, and in a state I can only describe as between waking and something else entirely. What followed was not a dream. Dreams fade. This did not.
What I perceived was specific: a major American city, iconic structures, fire and collapse on a scale I had never imagined. The images were accompanied by a date range — not a single day, but a window of weeks in the early fall. The clarity was unlike anything I had experienced before or since.
The Days That Followed
I spent several days trying to rationalize what I had experienced. I considered and rejected every ordinary explanation. The specificity of what I had seen — the scale, the method, the geography — could not be dismissed as anxiety or imagination.
I told one person close to me. Their response was the same as mine: this had to be documented. If it came to nothing, there would be no harm done. If it proved accurate, there would be a record.
The Decision to Write
I composed the email carefully. I did not want to appear unstable or to be dismissed outright. I described the experience in plain terms, stated what I believed I had seen, and named the timeframe as clearly as I could.
I sent it to multiple government contacts. I did not receive a substantive response from any of them. The email was sent. The date is recorded. That is the point of this page.
The Document
Email sent to government officials, spring 2001
The following is a summary of the email as sent. The actual document is reproduced in the exhibit images below.
The email described a paranormal experience — a vivid, specific vision of a coordinated attack on a major American city involving structures of significant height. The experience occurred in late May 2001.
The warning identified the early fall of 2001 — specifically September — as the timeframe for the event described. The scale of destruction perceived was characterized as catastrophic.
The author stated no organizational affiliation, no intelligence background, and no corroborating information. The communication was sent solely out of a sense of obligation to document and report what had been experienced.
The email requested only that it be noted and filed — so that if the events described came to pass, there would be a record that the warning had been given in advance.
